Western Food Committee – Founding of Ningbo Branch

On Saturday June the 6th of 2010 was founded the Ningbo Branch of Zhejiang Professional Western Food Committee. Quite a few Hotels Managers, F&B Managers and Executive Chefs came along to celebrate the event.
2010年6月5日下午，浙江省西餐专业委员会宁波分会的成立典礼和授牌仪式在宁波旅游学校隆重举行。来自宁波各大星级酒店和餐饮行业的顶级厨师们欢聚一堂。包括浙江省餐饮行业协会会长章凤仙在内的省市多名领导出席了盛会。

The meeting was held in Ningbo Travel School / 宁波旅游学校 / Ningbo Luyou Xuexiao which is teaching and preparing students to enter the hotels and restaurants corporation.

The audience was mainly composed of professionals from Ningbo hotel catering business.

Mr Guan, General Manager of Nanyuan Hotel believes Western dishes will become more and more popular in China.

Mr Xu from Zhejiang Western Food Committee came all the way from Hangzhou for this unique celebration.

After the meeting a celebration banquet was held in the magnificent Grand Ballroom of Nanyuan Universe Deluxe Hotel.

About 80 selected professionals of the hotel's industry were invited and could taste prestigious food and wines.
