Our web-statistics showed us that you are dozen of readers coming every day on our site to check the first report with photos ever made about the new Park Hyatt Resort being constructed in Dongqian Lake area, southeast of Ningbo city in Zhejiang-China.
Yes there is not a single day without lots of guests googling "Park Hyatt Ningbo" from all over the world with countries like Australia, Japan, India, USA, Canada, France, Egypt, etc...visiting our website. Wooowww!! not even opened yet, Park Hyatt Ningbo is already famous! THANKS to all of you visiting our website! and as you are so many interested in this new PARK HYATT Ningbo (宁波柏悦温泉度假村), we thought we might upload some even fresher news and photos. So we recently paid a second visit and took quite a few pictures as you can see below.

So what HAS BEEN DONE and what is STILL TO BE DONE? There is of course no quick answer to that question but what we can say is that foundations, basements and external works are almost all finished. Some big work is still to be done like all the air conditioning systems and probably a complex system for water feeding hot spring spas, the big swimming pool and other pools too...So a new great Hyatt resort is on the way but if you feel like booking a room, better be patient. Hopefully we are here to keep you informed and show you what's going on.

What is mostly remaining now is the interior work and the task is long although Chinese workers can work efficiently. You might notice on our photos that there are quite much difference from one part of the construction site to another. This is because Park Hyatt Resort has been built in several phases (mainly 2) and one phase is much advanced compare to the other. At the time we took these photos, almost all the electrical wires and cables had been pulled through the walls and ceilings. Water pipes are also installed but there is still quite some work to do.

On the first and most advanced phase we start to feel what will be the Park Hyatt Ningbo Resort. As you can see below, trees and flowers have already been planted and this most advanced phase gives us an idea of Park Hyatt atmosphere. As you can also see, the resort is built on the bank of Donqian Lake (东钱湖) the largest natural freshwater lake in Zhejiang province with a water surface area of 20 sq kilometers. Since ancient times the Lake has been a famous scenic spot in Eastern Zhejiang. It will be for sure a a great place to enjoy the beauty of nature, silence, and peace of mind.
